Update
After a phone conversation with Tim I have the toucan connection active with the syvecs
On the setting pages I had the Interface selected as Syvecs and even tried RS232 stack. but it should have been selected as CAN1, thanks again for all help guys

I'll email the cal file and give you a call tomorrow ;) the unit that i bought from a member was still brand new and not used the harness was for a Link/Vpec 6 pin harness with only 2 wires Canbus Hi -Lo so i'm hoping it has canbus :| i have also switched the canbus termination over to ON back of unit

Update : I had another look at the sync logs and base map settings all seemed fine, looking at the sync error it seemed that the error occurred just before engine cut out and I was logging 720 sync long tooth. which after some reading I found can be caused with the engine revs slowing down before it...

Hi Yes this is the first build for this Ecu. Engine starts in 360 then it shows 360>720 followed by 720>0 Critical cam error and engine dies if I keep blipping the throttle I can make engine run but it back fires.
