switch on individual outputs. (fan1)

It will not turn on when temp is above set point!? Voltage limits and run state so what's up.
Would love just to toggle it on! To test.

Well the first step would be to use the output test mode to check it works.

And then what about the "off" setpoint?

If your ECT is say 20deg and you lower the ON threshold to 15, what do you suppose happens if the OFF threshold is still 90deg?

So you can't individually toggle outputs?

Ect was 90
Fan on was 78
Fan off was 60
Fan state remained off

Yes you can individually toggle outputs.

What was the battery voltage?

What physical output have you assigned fan1 to?

The output test mode is there for testing the outputs, use this to test the physical outputs.

Engine needs to be running for the fans to run. Check the parameter "fan1" to see if it's switch on or off via the strategy. For the strategy to be active you need to assign it an output although only on an S8 you can set it to "Run strategy without pin: NO PIN".
