Does anyone have the values for:
– Car Code 02 [MPG Scaling]
– Injector Consumption Scaling
for stock injectors?
I know the Injector Consumption Scaling should be injector size/60, but I’m not sure how to factor in the 3.8 bar FPR.
I have MPG Scaling set a 100, but the remaining driving range shown on the car’s dashboard doesn’t make any sense (it’s unrealistically high).

Below I’ll give the exact formulas, explain pressure / ethanol corrections, show how to compute fuel flow and MPG from injector specs and duty cycle, and walk through two worked examples (cruise and WOT). Injectors: 410 cc/min
Fuel pressure regulator: 3.8 bar (this is the only value I have; I don’t have a measured rail pressure)
Vehicle speed + target MPG: 19 mpg @ 70 mph
For some reason, the car currently estimates it can achieve around 39 mpg at that speed.
