Wheel speed inputs

Is it possible to use two different types of wheel speed sensor. i.e can the normal pulse probe type be used in the rear and the hatch hall effect type be used in the front. Even if it is possible to configure the input type appropriately would calibrating the wheel speeds so the front and rear signals tie in be possible.

Each wheel speed input is independently configured, both for electrical type, and the teeth-per-wheel etc., so can't see why this would be a problem.
